Mr. No Hands is the military leader of Big Greens elite fighting force known as First Squad. He is a strict but kind-hearted leader who is easily irritated by the strong-willed warriors under his charge. (When Mystique Sonia or Mighty Ray really get on his nerves, Mr. No Hands must take a soothing footbath.) The tassel of his hat spins like a helicopter allowing him to fly. The hat itself can shoot dangerous darts at his enemies. Mr. No Hands actually does have hands. They are trapped in stockades and covered by his uniform. Without these constraints, Mr. No Hands would obsessively tickle himself.
